The list of films includes Thama, Chamunda, and the eagerly awaited sequels of its popular films, Stree 3, Bhediya 2, and Maha Munjya. This exciting development was met with enthusiastic shout-outs on Vicky Kaushal, Shraddha Kapoor, Sharvari, and others’ social media accounts.
Vicky Kaushal shared Maddock Films’ post regarding their forthcoming slate of film announcements on his Instagram stories on January 2. “Vijan-ary indeed!” he captioned the news, adding a clap emoji, a red heart, and a hug. Notably, Kaushal is working on Chhaava and Mahavatar with Maddock Productions.
The list of film announcements also includes Sharvari’s Maha Munjya, slated for release on December 24, 2027. To express her excitement, she said, “Maha maza ayega!! @maddockfilms fam, killing it!”
Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor also posted a special post on their social media accounts. Kapoor posted a casual photo pointing to the next slide, “Swipe >>> ब्रह्मांड ho toh aisa!” Everyone was invited to Rao’s “universe.” Stree 3, which is scheduled for release on August 13, 2027, will feature the two of them together.
The excitement of the horror-comedy world will continue in 2026 with the release of Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya 2 on August 14 and Chamunda on December 4.
