The actor Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most famous personalities in the Bollywood cinema industry. Baazigar, Deewana, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Main Hoon Na, Chak De! India, Chennai Express and Ra. These are just a few of the movies he has performed in. The actor recently attended the Red Sea Cinema Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and was given an honorary award to “recognize his exceptional contribution to the film industry.” He was recently seen in Aanand L. Rai’s Zero, which starred Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
Shah Rukh recently revealed to TV host Raya Abirached that he “shamelessly and brazenly” enjoys winning awards. He claimed that he likes the concept overall since it isn’t related to any work he has performed. He has spent the last 32 years attempting to make people happy, sometimes with success and sometimes without, but he always feels good about it. Further, King Khan stated that the Indian cinema industry benefits from being recognized for its contributions, not just a single individual.
“I am fortunate that I get chosen in places to be the face of the Indian film industry. I am just pleased that I can go and tell the stories of Indian films and how we make cinema to the rest of the work and bring it forth. Hopefully, people will see them more around, whether I am in those films or not,” stated Shahrukh Khan. Along with SRK, many other Bollywood stars also attended the festival. Sonam Kapoor, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Saif Ali Khan were present.
