Dharma Productions’ newest film, the Liger, debuted its trailer today. The movie, which stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, has been on many Indians’ watchlists ever since it was revealed. Liger, a movie by Puri Jagannadh, who is most known for directing iSmart Shankar and Pokiri, was postponed because of the epidemic but will now finally be released on August 25. Vijay, a kickboxer with speech difficulties who gets involved in numerous mob fights, is depicted in the trailer.
Ramya Krishnan portrays Vijay’s mother in the movie, while Ananya Panday plays the love interest. However, the centrepiece of the video is boxing great Mike Tyson, who appears to be playing a bad guy. Mike Tyson previously appeared in the movie The Hangover.

There was a lot of hype for this movie even before the trailer was out. The entire team arrived in Hyderabad yesterday for the grand trailer premiere. Ananya shared videos from the event on her Instagram stories, demonstrating the enthusiasm the followers have to welcome their favourite stars to their city.
