Actress Mrunal Thakur hails her Sita-Ramam co-star Dulquer Salmaan and his latest film Chup, describing him as a fantastic performer.
In Mumbai last night, Mrunal Thakur spoke with the media outside the Chup special screening.
Talking about the film and praising the entire team, especially Dulquer Salmaan, actress Mrunal said, “I will give this movie five out of five stars. I loved the film and enjoyed watching it because I am a huge Guru Dutt fan, and I got to see a glimpse of him in this movie.”
“And Dulquer, I am so happy to have worked with him in Sita Ramam, to watch him on-screen as Danny. He is incredible! I am so happy to see Sunny Deol Sir making a comeback, and I am overwhelmed and happy; R Balki is just an amazing storyteller.”
In Sita Ramam, a historical romance drama co-written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema, Mrunal Thakur made her Telugu debut opposite Dulquer Salmaan. The movie became an enormous critical and financial hit.
R. Balki is the author and director of the psychological crime thriller Chup: Revenge of the Artist. Dulquer Salmaan plays the lead role in the movie, and Sunny Deol, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Pooja Bhatt play supporting parts. The date of release has been set for September 23, 2022.
On the work front, Mrunal’s following projects include the war dramas Pippa, Gumraah, and Pooja Meri Jaan.
