The much-awaited trailer of the romantic comedy film Honsla Rakh was released, starring Diljit Dosanjh, Shehnaaz Gill, and Sonam Bajwa. The film shows Diljit as a single father whose life takes a U-turn when his ex-wife Shehnaaz returns.
Taking Twitter, Diljit shared the film’s trailer on his Twitter handle, and he captioned it, “Tension Vension Mard Ni Lende..Dinde Fattey Chakk..Rakh HONSLA RAKH #HonslaRakh 15th October Worldwide Trailer Out Now”.
The trailer shows, Diljit and Shehnaaz in a relationship in which Shehnaaz gets pregnant by accident. Even before the kid is born, they both file for divorce, and she wants him to take custody of the child. Diljit takes care of the baby, and a series of funny misadventures take place. Years later, he falls in love with Sonam. When all seems well, Shehnaaz re-enters his life.
The trailer revolves around an emotional bond between a father and a son and love between men and women in the modern era. It is a total laugh riot, both Shehnaaz and Diljit sharing great chemistry and showcasing good comic timing. Sonam Bajwa looks stunning as well. The film will be releasing worldwide in theatres on October 15.
Honsla Rakh is directed by Amarjit Singh Saroon and co-produced by Diljit Dosanjh and Pawan Gill. The film marks Shehnaaz’s first project after the death of her rumoured boyfriend, actor Sidharth Shukla, who died on September 2.
