The rumor that Arjun Kapoor will be portraying the antagonist in Singham 3, also known as Singham Again, has now been confirmed by Rohit Shetty. The director made the big announcement on Instagram, where he posted two intense pictures of the actor in his fierce avatar. Arjun appeared covered in blood and smiling viciously in one photo, and he was seen with Ranveer Singh in another. In the movie, Ranveer is playing Simmba again.
Rohit shared the pictures and wrote, “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai… Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai! CAN I SAY – INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR!” Arjun also posted the pictures and penned, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem #SinghamAgain.” Ranveer posted the pictures along with the caption, “MY BABA BADDEST !!! ️.”
Watching Arjun Kapoor face off against five supercops would be interesting. For those unaware, Singham 3, aka Singham Again, features the return of Ranveer Singh as Simmba and Akshay Kumar as Veer “Soorya” Sooryavansh in addition to Ajay Devgn as Singham. As the first lady Singham of the cop’s universe, Deepika Padukone will also make her screen debut in the movie. As Rohit had previously disclosed, Tiger Shroff has been signed on for a pivotal role. August 15, 2024, is scheduled as the release date of Singham 3.
