The Bloody Daddy trailer for Shahid Kapoor’s upcoming movie is out. The action thriller, helmed by Tiger Zinda Hai’s Ali Abbas Zafar, stars Shahid as an action hero who fights numerous goons in a hotel within the course of one night. Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, and Diana Penty can all be seen in the trailer packed with mind-blowing action scenes.
Shahid enters the scene in a black suit at the start of the trailer in a hotel’s pitch-black hallway. Then, as his voiceover continues, “Ye meri us raat ki kahaani he where things got f–ked up.” The focus then turns to 12 hours prior, when Ronit Roy calls Shahid’s character and asks him to bring his bag of cocaine back to avoid any unnecessary complications. When Shahid enters a hotel to locate the bag’s precise location and collect it back, the action moves to the present.
After a brief pause, the action resumes as Shahid hands the back to Ronit Roy, who gives it to Sanjay Kapoor. When he opens it, he is horrified to discover that the bag is full of wheat flour. As soon as he realizes he has been duped, the trailer switches to action, showing Shahid as the only survivor beating up goons left and right. Shahid shared the trailer on Instagram and stated, “One hell of a BLOODY night…Trailer is out now! #BloodyDaddy Watch #BloodyDaddyOnJioCinema, streaming free on 9th June!”
The direct digital release of the movie on Jio Cinemas is scheduled to start on June 9.
