Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are Bollywood’s most famous couples. After five years of dating, the couple married on April 14, this year, in their Bandra, Mumbai, home, Vastu, surrounded by close friends and family. The newlyweds had a three-day wonderful celebration. It all began on April 13 with a lovely Mehendi ceremony, followed by a fantasy wedding on April 14 and a star-studded wedding reception on April 15.
Ranbir opened up about his life after marrying Alia in a recent interview with Dainik Bhaskar, saying, “There was no such huge change.” We’ve been dating for five years. We reasoned that if we were married, we’d accomplished our goal, but we still had responsibilities. We both went to work the next day after our wedding. Alia had gone to Manali for her shoot, and I had also gone. We’re considering spending a week’s vacation after she returns from London and my film Shamshera is released. We haven’t even realised we’re married yet.”
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Alia and Ranbir will be seen together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s fantasy drama Brahmastra. The film is a three-part fantasy epic and one of the year’s most anticipated films. Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni also star in the film. On September 9, the trilogy’s first instalment will be released in five Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Alia is now filming her Hollywood debut, Heart Of Stone, in addition to Brahmastra. She will appear in Jee Le Zara and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, among other films. On the other hand, Ranbir will star alongside Shraddha Kapoor in Animal, Shamshera, and Luv Ranjan’s untitled project.
