Brahmastra, starring Alia Bhat and Ranbir Kapoor, will be released in a few days. On September 9 2022, the movie will be released in theatres in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, in addition to Hindi. Ayan Mukerji directs it. Additionally, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Mouni Roy and Amitabh Bachchan play significant roles in Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva. The film is intended to introduce the Astraverse as the first part of a planned trilogy.
Before the film’s release, Ranbir and Alia had a conversation in a specific section on IMDB. The Brahmastra has become part of the actor and Alia’s DNA, according to the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor. “Brahmāstra has been part of our DNA, and it’s been five years. Ayan, Alia, and I are also really close friends, so on every occasion in our lives, if it’s a birthday, if it’s Diwali, if it’s Christmas, if it’s our marriage, we were always talking about Brahmastra.”
Having previously worked together on Wake Up Sid (2009) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, this is Ranbir and Ayan’s third project together (2013). While working together for the first time, Alia and Ayan.
They were also questioned about Brahmastra Part 2 and asked if Ranbir and Alia had any information to share. The Barfi actor remarked, “There are many things that Ayan has hidden from us also. Big plot points because he thinks we are loudmouths, and we’ll go and tell everybody.”
Brahmastra’s creation took more than ten years, of which five were devoted to production. With a reported production cost of around Rs 400 crore, it is one of the most expensive Indian films. In the Ranbir-Alia film, Shah Rukh Khan will also make a surprise cameo and portray the role of “Vanar Astra.”
