Prabhas And Saif Ali Khan starrer upcoming film Adipurush will be out in theatres worldwide in 3D on January 12, 2023. On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the film’s Makers have announced the film’s new release date. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in pivotal roles.
The official handle of T-Series announced the film’s new release date on Twitter. They shared the film’s new poster with the release date and captioned it, “#Adipurush Worldwide Theatrical Release in 3D on 12th Jan 2023.”
In the poster, makers mentioned, “On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, announcing the release date. January 12, 2023.” Film’s name is also written with the tagline, “celebrating victory of good over evil.”
The film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. Produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles, the film features Prabhas as Lord Ram, while Kriti plays the role of Sita. It also stars Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh Raavan. The film will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
The film’s shoot has already been wrapped up, and the project is in the post-production stage right now. Earlier, Adipurush was supposed to be released on August 11 this year, but it got delayed by the pandemic. Om Raut directs the film, and it will be his first project with Prabhas.
