Actress Nushratt Bharuccha-starrer horror movie ‘Chhorii’ is ready to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 26, directed by Vishal Furia. Makers of the film released the first teaser on Tuesday. The film’s plot revolves around Sakshi, played by Nushratt, who experiences events of paranormal activity in a secluded village.
Amazon prime video India shared the teaser of the film on their official Twitter handle. They captioned the post, “you don’t want to watch this one alone Face screaming in fear #ChhoriiOnPrime, this Nov 26.”
The teaser begins with pregnant Sakshi, played by Nushratt. She wanted to move someplace for a few days to be safe. So she moved to a home in a secluded village, but it appears to be a haunted home full of sinister secrets. Sakshi is surrounded not just by sugarcane fields but also by a lady and three kids who are not who they seem to be. She is seen looking dazed and panicked at the happenings around her. The teaser ends with a bloody hand reaching her stomach as she is sleeping.
Produced by T-Series, Crypt TV, Abundantia Entertainment, and A Pshych Film. Chhorii also stars Mita Vashisht, Rajesh Jais, and Saurabh Goyal in pivotal roles. The film is based on the 2017 Marathi film’ Lapachhapi.’
Chhorii will be streaming on November 26 on Amazon Prime Video.
