The debut writing and directing effort 19 (1) a, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen, will be exhibited at the 45th Moscow International Film Festival.
Indrajith Sukumaran also appears in the movie Anto Joseph and Neeta Pinto made. On July 29, 2022, the movie was directly launched on the OTT service Disney+ Hotstar to rave reviews.

The protagonist of the movie is a compliant woman who runs a photocopy business and spirals out of control after a revolutionary author leaves the unfinished draught of his novel with her. The movie’s title mentions the following: The Indian Constitution of 1949 states in Article 19(1) that all citizens have the right to freedom of speech and expression.
Nithya will soon be featured in the T. K. Rajeev Kumar-written and -directed film Kolaambi, which also stars Renji Panicker, Rohini, Sijoy Varghese, and Dileesh Pothan. The movie will be released on April 7, 2023.
