Nawazuddin Siddiqui has announced his upcoming supernatural thriller ‘Adbhut, featuring Diana Penty, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Rohan Mehra in pivotal roles. Directed by Sabbir Khan, the film went on floors on Wednesday. The actor unveiled the film’s teaser on social media, which gave us a glimpse of a storyline.
Nawazuddin shared the film’s teaser on his Twitter handle. He captioned it, “The #ADBHUT journey begins! It will be a thrilling process of exploring such a character with Director @sabbir24x7. Looking forward to this @DianaPenty @shreya_dhan13 & @rohanvmehra.”
The teaser starts with Nawazuddin’s voice, asking a couple if they can see anything. When they say no, he switches on the light and asks the same question again. He further explains that if you cannot see anything, that doesn’t mean it does not exist. Nawazuddin created an apt environment with his dialogue delivery and effortless expressions.
Produced by Sony Pictures Films India and Sabbir Khan Films. It marks Sabbir’s second collaboration with the production house. Both have previously teamed up for the filmmaker’s yet-to-be-released film, Nikamma. The film goes into production in October 2021 in India.
Nawazuddin and Sabbir collaborated for the second time. They have previously worked together for the film Munna Michael in 2017.
