The Bollywood actress Kajol was rumoured to be one of the show’s judges, but according to sources cited by the ETimes, Madhuri Dixit has been brought on board for the season. She will be joined in judging the competition by legendary performer and producer-director Karan Johar.
The upcoming “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” season, which premieres in September, won’t feature Kajol as a judge. The programme hasn’t been on for five years; the most recent episode was in 2017. Until 2014, Madhuri served as a judge on this dancing reality show; Shahid Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez took her place.
