Rapper MC Stan was declared winner of ‘Bigg Boss’ season 16, in a star-studded grand finale.
Expressing his gratitude and sharing a picture with Salman Khan and the trophy, MC Stan took to his social media and wrote, “WE CREATED HISTORY, STAYED REAL THROUGHOUT, REPPED HIPHOP ON NATIONAL TV, Ammi ka Sapna poor hogaya & trophy P-town aagayi, Jis jis ne pyaar dikhaya sabko Haq hai, ending tak Stan”
Altaf Shaikh, MC Stan’s actual name, entered the reality programme with a large fan base and left with the Bigg Boss trophy and a hefty sum of over Rs 31 lakh.
Stan managed to hold onto his place during the 130-day struggle within the house as a serious candidate for the prize. In the final round, he overcame Shalin Bhanot, Archana Gautam, and Shiv Thakare.
Rapper, lyricist, music producer, and composer Stan is an Indian. He rose to fame with the 2019 release of his song “Khuja Mat.” He is a native of Maharashtra’s Pune. He only started singing qawwali when he was 12 years old.
Shiv Thakare and MC Stan were Priyanka Choudhary’s opponents in the Top 3 category. She made it to the last three but was then shown the departure door.
Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, the cast of Junooniyat, which also included Gautam Vig, Ankit Gupta, Neha Rana, Karan Kundra, Gashmeer Mahajani, and Reem Sameer Shaikh from “Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal,” appeared at the Bigg Boss 16 grand finale.
The expelled housemates, including Gori Nagori, Sreejita De, Soundarya Sharma, Tina Datta, Manya Singh, Abdu Rozik, Sajid Khan, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Sumbul Toqeer, Gautam, and Ankit, were also present at the finale.
