The Bigg Boss OTT 2 producers knew sparks would fly when they paired up former lovers Palak Purswani and Avinash Sachdev as contenders. In the latest episode, Palak recalls how she fell in love with Avinash and then broke up with him. She continued by expressing the desire for closure and her hope to find it on the Salman Khan reality show.
Palak revealed to Aaliya Siddiqui and Akanksha Puri what occurred when asked why they split up, “There were a few things which were non-negotiable for me. I felt I was done. We gave chances to each other. I was the one who broke up, and I haven’t got closure, shayad idhar mil jaye. We were together for four and a half years.”
In January 2021, Palak and Avinash celebrated their engagement with a roka ceremony. They later split up, though. She also remembered how they initially met and fell in love. She claimed that they first connected five years ago through a mutual friend, an actor.
Palak further said, “He then came up to me and asked what I like to eat, and I replied butter chicken, and he also loves it. There were too many similarities. He was calm to my storm. He was everything that I wanted to settle for.”
Along with Akanksha, Palak, and Avinash, other participants on the show include anchor-comedian Cyrus Broacha, Pooja Bhatt, and Bebika Dhurve. Manisha Rani, a popular TikTok user, and TV performers Falaq Naaz, Jiya Shankar, and Abhishek Malhan are among the other participants on the show. Puneet Superstar was evicted from the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house earlier this week, marking the first eviction of the season.
