On November 15, veteran actor Krishna passed away. He died in Hyderabad at the age of 79. In Continental Hospitals, he passed away. He experienced a heart arrest, resulting in his hospital admission.

Babu has two future films that are currently at varying stages of production. Trivikram Srinivas and Babu are expected to work together once more on their third project. He has also agreed to appear in the untitled movie directed by S. S. Rajamouli, which is scheduled to start filming in 2023. The movie is advertised as an African jungle adventure.
