Robert Pattinson is ready to pack a punch in the latest trailer of The Batman, and Warner Bros. India released the trailer on Saturday. Intense acting and fight scenes make this film look like possibly the grittiest, most tortured version of the caped crusader to rock the big screen.
Warner Bros. India shared the film’s trailer on their Twitter handle, with the caption, “Vengeance has arrived. Watch the new trailer for The Batman now. Only in cinemas on March 4, 2022. #TheBatman.”
The trailer opens with a scene of police arresting a man in a cafe. The milk in his coffee is swirled into a question mark, the calling card of Batman’s rival The Riddler. Batman adapts to violent measures to control the threats of the serial killer, who is obsessed with him. He was methodically taking down bad guys and his Bat-suit absorbing multiple bullets. Joining in his mission of justice is Catwoman, the Penguin, and Alfred Pennyworth also make an appearance in the trailer.
Directed by Matt Reeves, he also co-wrote the screenplay with Peter Craig and produced the film with Dylan Clark. Paul Dano stars as the Riddler, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, and an unrecognizable Colin Farrell show up as crime boss the Penguin.
The Batman will release on March 4, 2022, in theatres.
