Akshay Kumar Reacts As A Retired Army Officer For Pointing Out A Mistake In The ‘Gorkha’ Poster.

Akshay Kumar recently announced his new film titled Gorkha, which is based on the life of war hero Major General Ian Cardozo. A legendary officer of the Gorkha regiment of the Indian Army. The actor shared the film’s first look poster on social media. The next day, an ex-Army officer replied to Akshay Kumar’s tweet and pointed out a mistake in the poster.

In the first look poster, Akshay Kumar is sporting an Army uniform and holding a curved knife or a khukri. An ex-Gorkha officer pointed out a major mistake in the poster. Taking Twitter, Major Manik M Jolly posted a film’s poster along with an Image of Khukri. He captioned the post, “Dear Akshay Kumar Ji, as an ex-Gorkha officer, my thanks to you for making this movie. However, details matter. Kindly get the Khukri right. The sharp edge is on the other side. It is not a sword. Khukri strikes from the inner side of blade. Ref pic of Khukri att. Thanks.”
