Priyanka Singh, the sister of Sushant Singh Rajput, posted a cryptic message on Twitter following the Monday release of Rhea Chakraborty’s MTV Roadies trailer. Without specifically mentioning Rhea by name, Sushant’s sister Priyanka appeared to take a dig at the actress, who is about to make a comeback on television. Following media reports, Priyanka has now “clarified” that her most recent tweet was “not directed at any specific person.”
For the first time since Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Rhea Chakraborty will shortly appear on the reality series MTV Roadies season 19. Until his demise in 2020, Sushant dated Rhea. When promoting Roadies, Rhea appeared as a fierce avatar and stated, “Aapko kya laga, mai wapas nahin aungi? Dar jaungi? Darne ki baari kisi aur ki hai. Milte hai auditions pe.” The next season of MTV Roadies will feature her as the new gang leader.

In reaction to her previous tweet, Priyanka wrote on Wednesday, “Just a clarification: My below tweet was not directed to any specific person as it has been reported in media, which is ill-conceived and looks motivated. It was my general angst against the state of affairs in our world.”

Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was discovered in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020. Following that, claims were made linking the actor’s passing to that of his late assistant Disha Salian, who passed away on June 8, 2020.
Weeks after Sushant’s passing, Rhea Chakraborty was named in an FIR filed by the late actor’s father, accusing her of aiding in suicide and money laundering. The matter was then turned over to the Central Bureau of Investigation. At the same time, the Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau looked into the charges of drug use and money laundering. None of these claims has yet been proven.
