The first official teaser for FireFlies – Parth And Jugnu, a groundbreaking online series that combines live-action and animation, is released via ZEE5’s official account.
ZEE5 handle shared the teaser on social media. The show’s cast includes Vineeta M Joshee, Madhoo Shah, Luke Kenny, Meet Mukhi, Riva Arora, Akshat Singh, and young actresses Anaya Shivan and Aekam Binjwe.
The film, directed by National Award winner Hemant Gaba and stars Animesh Verma as the showrunner, centres on a curious youngster who learns the truth about the Van Rakshas, or Demon, myth and folklore.
Producing the show is Amrit Walia. Ron Marz is the script doctor, and author Devdutt Pattanaik is the script consultant.
Only on ZEE5 will the series begin streaming on May 5, 2023.
