Ravindra Bedre, who appeared in multiple Marathi and Hindi films, passed away On December 13. His age was 78 years.
The seasoned actor was hospitalized at Tata Hospital in Mumbai following a throat cancer diagnosis, and it is said that he has been undergoing treatment for the illness for the previous few months. As per the Maharashtra Times, Ravindra Bhide had been discharged from the hospital two days before, but on Wednesday morning, he experienced a sudden heart attack.
His wife, two children, daughter-in-law, and grandchild all survive him. Having appeared in over a hundred movies, Ravindra Berde worked with Anil Kapoor in 2001’s Nayak: The Real Hero. He also appeared in the first Singham film directed by Rohit Shetty. In the movie, Ravindra portrayed Zamindar Chandrakant.
