Urvashi Rautela garnered attention earlier in the festival with her lizard necklace, and she did it again on Thursday when she made her second red carpet-appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. She wore blue lips this time to go with her cream and blue dress with scales. This brought to mind how Aishwarya once grabbed the headlines at Cannes when walking the red carpet in a lavender gown and sporting purple lips.
In addition to her off-shoulder cream and blue gown, Urvashi accessorized her look at the Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny movie premiere with a big diamond necklace and matching earrings. She was wearing a bracelet and had her hair tied into a bun. Aishwarya Rai also attended the screening and turned heads in a silver gown and oversized hood.
During her first look in Cannes, Urvashi wore a pink ruffle gown to the 76th Cannes Film Festival’s opening ceremony, accessorized with a striking lizard necklace. Social media users responded differently to the Cartier jewellery. She wore a lovely orange gown for her first red carpet-outing of the year. However, many mistakenly thought she was Aishwarya while posing for photos and interacting with fans at the event because they could be heard addressing her by the actor’s name in a few clips.
Everyone has graced the red carpet at the prestigious film festival, including Urvashi, Aishwarya, Manushi Chillar, Sara Ali Khan, Esha Gupta, Guneet Monga and Mrunal Thakur.
The 2023 Cannes Film Festival began on May 16 and will end on May 27. The festival, founded in 1946, offers filmmakers a place to present their work and compete for prestigious honours, such as the Palme d’Or, the festival’s highest award.
