The countdown for Selfiee, starring Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha, has started with a brand new poster launch.
The official handle of Star Studios dropped the new poster on social media and tweeted, “#Selfiee ka countdown shuru ho gaya hai! The trailer and first epic song, Main Khiladi from the film, are already out, and fans are excited about the movie release, a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Driving Licence.
Selfiee is directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Dharma Productions, Prithviraj Productions, Magic Frames and Cape of Good Films.
The movie focuses on superstar Vijay Kumar Saxena (Akshay), who must get a new driver’s licence from an RTO officer and ardent Vijay supporter Om Prakash Agarwal (Emraan). But due to misunderstandings and uncertainty, the two engage in a verbal battle that ultimately escalates into a feud broadcast to the nation’s media.
The movie will debut in theatres on February 24, 2023.
