After the fame of Manike Mage Hite, the Sri Lankan sensation Yohani is ready to make her Bollywood debut with the film Thank God. The film features Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh. Hindi version of her famous song will be part of the film, which will see a theatrical release next year.
The announcement was made by the T-Series official Twitter handle. They shared a photo of director Indra Kumar and Yohani. They wrote, “We’re happy to announce that the Hindi version of Sri Lankan sensation @yohanimusic’s blockbuster track #ManikeMageHithe will be a part of our film #ThankGod.”
As per the ANI report, confirming the announcement, director Indra Kumar said, “Yohani’s song has become a super sensation, and I am extremely thankful to Bhushanji for giving me this blockbuster track to be part of Thank God! We are all very excited about this version and will begin shooting soon for the track. ‘Thank God’ is a unique slice of life comedy, and me and my whole team are looking forward to presenting it to audiences next year!”
The song will be written by Rashmi Virag and composed by Tanishk. The film is presented by T-Series Films & Maruti International. Thank God is directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sunir Kheterpal, Deepak Mukut, Ashok Thakeria, Anand Pandit, and Markand Adhikari and co-produced by Yash Shah.
