Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has come up with another noble cause for society. He has come forward to give coaching scholarships to those aspiring to join IAS but cannot prepare appropriately due to a lack of opportunities and money. For example, suppose you are preparing for the country’s one of the most challenging exam, i.e., the UPSC civil services exam and facing financial issues. In that case, you can register for the scholarship right away.
On Friday, the actor announced on Twitter the free coaching scholarships for students preparing for the UPSC examination. In the post, he mentioned the new initiative Sambhavam collaborates with Divine India Youth Association, New Delhi.
To avail of the scholarship, the aspirants will have to apply through the official website of Sonu’s foundation — www.soodcharityfoundation.org. According to his post, the last date for submission of the application is June 30. Candidates will be selected based on financial criteria, merit and vulnerability. They will also have to produce their academic documents and income proof at a later stage.
