Actor Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra has finally wrapped their shooting. The film took almost five years to finish shoot. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and it will hit the theatres on September 9, 2022.
Karan Johar shared the news about the film on his Twitter Handle. He posted a video along with some pictures and captioned it, “And this wonderful, exciting, thrilling journey…one filled with the utmost hard work, dedication, love & passion has come to an end. Only for it to unravel on the big screens for you to experience!! #Brahmastra Part One – Shiva is coming to cinemas on 09.09.2022!”
Alia also shared the same photos and video on her Twitter handle with the caption, “We started shooting in 2018. And now … finally .. The filming of Brahmastra ( Part One ) comes to an end !! I’ve been wanting to say this for such a long time .. ITS A WRAP !!!!!!!! See you at the cinema. 09.09.2022.”
Backed by Dharma Productions and directed by Ayan Mukerji. Brahmastra, part 1 of the trilogy, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Ayan Nayak and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles.
Bhrahmastra will release in theatres on September 9, 2022.
