Salman Khan, who is busy promoting his forthcoming movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, is in the news for different reasons. The movie’s producers debuted the official trailer at last night’s glamorous trailer premiere event. Hours later, the actor is supposedly in trouble after receiving a death call from an unidentified person.
The star had previously made headlines for buying a bulletproof SUV while receiving death threats. For the uninitiated, after the murder of Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, a threatening letter from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was discovered outside Salman Khan’s home.
The Mumbai Police got a phone call from a man who introduced himself as Roki Bhai of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, according to a recent media report in ANI. The caller threatened to murder Salman Khan, a famous Bollywood star, before the end of the month. A Mumbai Police officer said, “In a call received at Police Control Room yesterday, a man who identified himself as Roki Bhai from Rajasthan’s Jodhpur threatened to kill actor Salman Khan on April 30. Further investigation underway.”
Sidhu Moose Wala, a Punjabi rapper, was shot on May 29 last year while heading to his house in the Mansa district of Punjab. The “Old Skool” musician allegedly released the song 295 for his haters, after which he was killed on May 29, or 29/5.
However, about a year later, a new murderer who appears to be from Jodhpur has declared April 30 to be Salman Khan’s D-Day!
