Actor Rana Daggubati will be sharing the screen space first time with his uncle Venkatesh Daggubati. Netflix is ready to unite both for an interesting web-based project. The series will be an action-packed crime drama titled Rana Naidu. The web series is an adaptation of the American blockbuster show Ray Donovan.
Rana Daggubati took to Twitter to share this news. He shared a photo of him with his uncle and south star actor Venkatesh. Venkatesh surprises everyone with a new look with grey shades. Rana captioned the post, “Always wanted to share the screen with my uncle the VICTORY V @VenkyMama and my dream is finally coming true. As much as I love him off-screen, in “Rana Naidu,” we are going to be at each other’s throats. #RanaNaidu, coming soon on Netflix”.
Directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn Verma and produced by Sunder Aaron of Locomotive Global Media LLP. The web series follows the life story of Rana Naidu, who was a professional fixer for Bollywood and Mumbai’s elite. The Netflix statement reveals that Rana Naidu’s character is on the speed dial of Bollywood celebrities since there is no problem he cannot fix. More details will be announced by Netflix officially.
On the work front, Rana Daggubati is getting ready for his upcoming film Virata Parvam, starring Sai Pallavi and Priyamani in pivotal roles. Venkatesh has resumed his multi-starrer sequel with Varun Tej for the film F3.
