World Icon, The first trailer for Amazon’s ambitious action spy series, which stars Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, has been released.
Sharing a string of pictures on her social media, Priyanka Chopra captioned her post, “First look at @citadelonprime via @vanityfair #CitadelOnPrime.”
Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas play elite operatives for Citadel in the Amazon series. Citadel is an independent intelligence agency. When the secret organisation has fallen, the two operatives must try to piece together what happened in the high-concept, action-packed spy thriller. Their memories have been erased, which is one of the key issues.
Chopra Jonas plays the character of Nadia. Nadia is a well-dressed, self-assured woman making her way through a train compartment.
Mason Kane, played by Madden, and Nadia have a tumultuous and lengthy relationship. Eight years later, when the game resumes, we discover that a mysterious group known as Manticore has destroyed the international spy agency Citadel. Mason and Nadia have been leading different lives after having their memories erased, but they will soon be reunited and go on an adventurous voyage.
The initial six episodes of Citadel’s first television season are the starting point. The first season of the Italian television show Matilda De Angelis is complete. And the Indian television series, starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, is presently in production. It will focus on Chopra Jonas’s character Nadia.
