Actress Preity Zinta celebrates 7 years of wedding bliss with Gene Goodenough and two kids.
In a private ceremony in Los Angeles, Zinta wed her American partner Gene Goodenough in 2016. Goodenough is the senior vice president of finance for the US hydroelectric power business NLine Energy. Following her marriage, Zinta relocated to Los Angeles. However, she still makes frequent trips back to India.
Sharing a video post on her social media, Preity Zinta wrote, “Happy Anniversary, my love. Cannot believe it’s been 7 years since our wedding. Here’s to many more anniversaries filled with loads of happiness & great memories #happyanniversay #Leapyearwedding #ting.”
The video features her adorable pictures with her hubby. In the video, we can also see images of Preity and Gene from their wedding ceremonies.
In 2021, she and her husband became parents to twins, a boy and a girl, through surrogacy.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Preity returned in 2018 opposite Sunny Deol as an aggressive Varanasi-based wife in Neeraj Pathak’s action comedy Bhaiaji Superhit.
In 2020, Zinta appeared alongside Vir Das in an episode of the American sitcom Fresh Off the Boat, titled “The Magic Motor Inn”; she was set to reprise her role in a spin-off series, cantered around her character’s family, but in June ABC announced that it would not be moving forward with the spin-off.
