Actor Pratik Gandhi starrer Short film Shimmy will premiere on Amazon Mini TV on September 17. This is the first film from a multi-film deal between Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment and Amazon mini tv. The film is also starring Chahat Tewani. The story of the film revolves around a father-daughter relationship.
Taking Twitter, Sikhya Entertainment shared the poster of the film on their official handle. Poster featuring Pratik Gandhi and his young co-star Chahat Tewani. Sharing the same, they wrote, “Thrilled to announce our association with @MiniTV for a repertoire of short films. Presenting the first from the slate, #Shimmy is a heartwarming story of a father & a daughter, with a twist!”
This short film is all about a hard day in the life of a young girl and her father, who fails to understand his daughter’s trouble. The film also stars Bhamini Oza Gandhi in a pivotal role. Pratik Gandhi is portraying the role of father, while Chahat Tewani plays the young girl. Shimmy is written and directed by Disha Noyonika Rindani. Guneet Monga and Achin Jain produced the film under the banner of Sikhya Entertainment.

Pratik Gandhi’s Bollywood debut film, Bhavai, will release on October 1. Touted to be a love story, the film also stars Aindrita Ray.
