The makers, Hombale Films, announced in a statement that the trailer for Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, helmed by Prashanth Neel and features Prabhas in the lead role, will be released on December 1. Fans have eagerly anticipated the trailer for Salaar since its July teaser was released. The film Salaar, which hits theatres on December 22, 2023, also stars Jagapathi Babu, Shruti Haasan, and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Actor Simrat Kaur, known for Gadar 2, has a special song in Prabhas’ Salaar, according to cinema trade analyst Ramesh Bala. Additionally, it has been revealed that Simrat has begun filming the special song, which will take place in Ramoji Film City over the next three days. It was previously announced that the Salaar: Part 1 trailer would be unveiled at the end of November or the beginning of December.

This Christmas, Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire, the first joint venture between KGF director Prashanth Neel and Prabhas, will clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki. Salaar vs. Dunki is regarded as one of the top box-office matchups in 2023. Shah Rukh and Prashant Neel will compete at the ticket window for the second time. When Prashant’s film was released on the same day as Shah Rukh’s Zero and KGF: Chapter 1 in 2018, Prashant’s film did significantly better.
