Parineeti Chopra posted a humorous video of her outfit selection for today’s Chamkila promotions on her Instagram account. Last time, the actress wore a black Kaftan dress, which raised pregnancy speculations. However, she opted for a tight-fitting outfit this time.
The actress accessorized her white bodysuit with a white blazer and white trousers. In the video, the actress shared this and wrote, “Wearing well-fitted clothes today, because when I tried a kaftan dress…”, then multiple headline cutouts indicated Parineeti’s pregnancy. Sharing the reel, she penned, “Entering my fitted clothes era.”
Social media was ablaze with rumors regarding the actress’s pregnancy the last time after the trailer launch for Chamkila, starring Parineeti Chopra and Diljit Dosanjh. This was due to her outfit selection. She looked amazing in all-black attire. The actor later made the decision to change things up and wore an oversized white shirt with black jeans after the event. Her attire selections at the function only served to confirm the rumors of her pregnancy that were already going around.
Parineeti responded to the claims by posting stories on her Instagram that day. On her story, she wrote, “Kaftan dress = pregnancy, oversized shirt = pregnancy, Comfy Indian Kurta = pregnancy”, with a laughing emoji.
Chamkila, which Imtiaz Ali helms, will be available on Netflix on April 12. The movie is based on the true story of Diljit Dosanjh’s character, Amar Singh Chamkila, and Parineeti’s character, Amarjot Kaur.
