Anand Pandit, a well-known film producer and distributor, is thrilled that the directors are choosing a pan-India release since it is very advantageous from a financial standpoint.
Anand Pandit, most known for producing The Big Bull, Chehre, Thank God, and presenting Drishyam 2, supports the period drama Kabzaa, a Kannada film with a large cast set for a pan-India distribution.
Talking about the Pan India release of the movie during a press conference, Anand Pandit said, “It is a big deal from the point of view of business as well where Pan India films are now made and released.”
Talking about the film, Anand Pandit said, “The film is a fictional story of the underworld and is not inspired by any underworld don. The film ‘Kabzaa’ is a period film that depicts the period of Independence. Underworld is one such subject which has a very good strike rate at the box office.”
R. Chandru is the director of Kabzaa. Upendra, Shiva Rajkumar, Kiccha Sudeepa, and Shriya Saran play key roles in the movie.
Arakeshwara, an air force soldier who unavoidably enters the underworld under British control in India, later ascends to the position of king of the underworld. Arakeshwara finds himself in difficulty as he must contend with his competitors and Bhargav Bhakshi, a cop sent by the British to wipe out the underworld and him.
Along with the dubbed releases of Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam, Kabzaa is slated for release in Kannada on March 17, 2023.
