Actress Raveena Tandon is all set for her OTT debut with ‘Aranyak.’ She will play the role of Kasturi Dogra in the series and will step into the shoes of a police official. The show will release on Netflix on December 10.
Raveena Shared film’s trailer on Twitter and she captioned it, “Ek gunaah, aur itne saare gunegaar. Kya SHO Kasturi pata laga paayegi kaun sach bol raha hai, aur kaun jhoot? Sironah ke sach ke liye taiyaar rahiye, watch Aranyak on 10th December. Only on Netflix.”
In the Trailer, we see Raveena Tandon smartly fits into the role of a police officer who has applied for sabbatical leave from her duties. Parambrata Chattopadhyay has already joined in forces as a replacement to Raveena, at the very moment a mysterious case comes their way of a missing foreign teenage girl in the forest, as both the cops take up the investigation, they come across many unexplained murders which ultimately hints them the presence of something inauspiciously evil.
Raveena had earlier unveiled the show’s poster on Twitter. She can be seen in a police uniform with a gun and sporting an intense look in the poster. Behind her, another police officer, played by Parambrata Chattopadhyay, could be seen with a gun. Raveena captioned the post, “Ek aisi kahaani jiske piche chupe hain kayi aur kahaaniyaan. Jaanna chahte hain aap. Watch #Aranyak on December 10, only on Netflix.”
Directed by Vinay Waikul and written by Charudutt Acharya. Roy Kapur Films and Ramesh Sippy Entertainment have produced it.
Aranyak also stars Ashutosh Rana, Zakir Hussain, Meghna Malik and Indraneil Sengupta. The show will premiere on Netflix on December 10.
