The makers of Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming psychological thriller film Blurr have finished shooting the movie in Nainital, Uttarakhand, directed by Ajay Bahl and starring Taapsee and Gulshan Devaiah. The film is about the story of a girl who is caught up in unavoidable circumstances.
Taapsee shared a pic of her shooting wrap of the Movie on Twitter. She captioned it, “Schedule wrap in Uttarakhand for #Blurr. After exhausting and nearly killed experience every day. Waking up to the beautiful visuals of this state made me feel like we all died n woke up in heaven! Thank you, @DIPR_UK #KSChauhan and honourable CM @pushkardhami, for the experience!
Regarding shooting experience in Nainital, director Ajay Bahl said, “Shooting at real locations like Nainital Lake, Mall Road and other tourist spots can be difficult especially with the overcrowding. We would shoot late at night, right into the wee hours of the morning. But it was a completely gratifying experience for all of us. Nainital made for the ideal spot bringing equal parts beauty and mystery to the film.”
It is a remake of the Spanish thriller Julia’s Eyes. Blurr is written by Pawan Sony and Ajay Bahl and backed by her own production house ‘Outsider Films’ associated with Zee Studios and Echelon Productions.
