Kichcha Sudeep Starrer much-awaited film Vikrannt Rona’s release date is postponed due to rising Covid-19 cases. The makers of the film announced that the film would not release on February 24. Directed by Anup Bhandari, it also stars Jacqueline Fernandez in a special role.
Sharing the official statement about the film on Twitter, director Anup Bhandari Tweeted, “#VikrantRona will meet you on a newer date. Stay Safe!”
The official statement reads, “Despite our willingness to meet you all at the cinemas on Feb 24th, the present COVID scenario and the prevailing restrictions are not favorable for a grand release across the globe. We understand that the wait can be excruciating, but we promise that the cinematic experience will be worthy of your patience. We will soon announce the new date on which the world will meet its new hero!”
The multilingual film, presented by Zee Studios and co-produced by Manjunath Gowda and Alankar Pandian. Vikrant Rona will release in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
On the Workfront, Kichcha Sudeep was last seen in the action film Kotigobba 3, released in October 2021. The film has Madonna Sebastian and Shraddha Das in prominent roles.
