Kartik Aaryan has successfully established himself as one of the best actors in the industry since his fantastic performance in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018). However, since his rise to fame with movies like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), the performer has also experienced negativity at various points in his career, from losing out on film opportunities to being let go from huge banner films. In his recent movie, Shehzada, he plays a man who learns that his actual parents are multibillionaires.
The actor has talked about his confidence in the success of Shehzada during the film’s promotion. According to reports, it is a remake of the famous Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), which starred Allu Arjun. However, the actor was also reminded of the low points of his career, while situations did not go his way. After only a few days of shooting on Dharma Productions’ Dostana 2, he had been let go.
Kartik responded that he preferred not to react when people make fun of him or his career since it allows others to comment on it. During a conversation with GOODTIMES, he said, “I feel whenever you give a reaction, saamnewale jeet jaata hai. So I don’t feel like reacting to it. I don’t feel like reacting to any negativity, and I don’t feel like being part of that negativity. By doing that, I’m just adding fuel to the fire. Whenever negativity comes, you’ll always see me staying away from it.” Kartik added, “I know I’m not that person whose presence can be ignored.”
Kartik began his acting career in Luv Ranjan’s Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011). He also discussed his challenges in establishing himself as a successful actor. He also said, “It is the most difficult thing to make your name. Not just in this industry but anywhere else also. Because I was never a part of the same room, I had to get in line before that room and reach ten more rooms before that somehow. A lot of people would skip those lines. I’m proud of that journey.”
