Kajol Buys Two Flats In Juhu Worth Rs 11.95 Crore

Actress Kajol has bought two flats in Juhu and paid Rs 11.95 Crore for both the apartments. These two flats are located on the 10th floor of the building. The actress is the owner of Shiv Shakti bungalow on NS Road of Juhu; now, she has these two apartments closer to her bungalow. Squarefeatindia.com has revealed the details about the flat deal.

Kajol has not yet confirmed about this development. But Varun Singh, founder of Squarefeatindia.com, has revealed about the actress’ flat. “Both the flats are located on the tenth floor of the building, and the combined cost of the apartments is 11.95 crore. The building where Kajol has bought these two apartments is named Ananya,” said Varun.

As per the website, the deal has been signed between Tryksha Projects private ltd and Kajol Vishal Devgan. One flat measure 101.67 square meters built-up, which translates into 1092 square feet. The RERA carpet of this apartment is 994.59 square feet, for which a total amount of Rs 5.86 crore was paid. The ready reckoner rate mentioned in the document is Rs 4.26 crore, and stamp duty of Rs 29.32 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

For the second flat, a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore was paid by Kajol, whereas the total built-up area of the apartment is 105.77 square meters, which translates into 1157.75 square feet, for she spent a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore. The stamp duty paid for the registration of this apartment is Rs 30.45 lakh.

Thus, the total carpet area to 2029 square feet and the consideration amount to Rs 11.95 crore. The documentation of both the flats was done on January 12, whereas the registration was carried out on January 13.

On workfront, Kajol was last seen in Tribhanga, with Mithila Palkar, Tanvi Azmi, Manav Gohil, Kunaal Roy Kapur. The film was released on Netflix.
