Ajay Devgn has been in the news a lot lately. After all, his forthcoming directorial debut, Runway 34, will be released on April 29 and will star Rakul Preet Singh, Amitabh Bachchan, and Boman Irani. The film is believed to be based on actual events, and the intriguing trailer has piqued viewers’ interest. Runway 34’s producers recently sponsored a screening of the film for members of the fraternity. Now, Jackky Bhagnani has given his evaluation of the film, praising his ladylove Rakul and the entire Runway 34 team.
Jackky expressed his admiration for Rakul’s performance on the microblogging site Twitter. He also praised Ajay Devgn’s directing abilities, calling the film a must-see. As Jackky put it, “#Runway34 is technically one of the most superior films I have seen off late. It emotionally completely engages you. A1 direction by @ajaydevgn, sir. Outstanding performances by all. @amitabhbachchan, sir, just lights up the screen; @rakulpreet, you just made me soooo proud. All the best, team and I am sure the audience will love the film”. Jackky captioned the post as “#Runway34 a must-watch”.
Ajay and Rakul will star as pilots in Runway 34, while Amitabh will play a lawyer. After their 2019 release De De Pyaar De, this will be Ajay’s second collaboration with Rakul. At the box office, Runway 34 will be in direct competition with Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Heropanti 2.
