The filmmakers have released the latest Dream Girl 2 promo. Ayushmann Khurrana’s Pooja and Ranveer Singh’s Rocky from Karan Johar’s upcoming movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani are seen in the trailer enjoying a humorous conversation on call.
Rocky and Pooja had a funny conversation over the phone. Indeed, people are attracted to her stylish look and how she answers phone calls. It’s interesting to see Rocky compliment Pooja on her red saree and compare her to World Cup for returning after four years. “Trophy” is the name she gives herself.
Ekta Kapoor posted the promo and captioned, “Pooja ek tyohaar hai, patches ko iss baar hai! Your @pooja___dreamgirl arrives with a ROCKYing surprise on 25th July.”
The conversation between Pooja and Rocky is full of funny quips and quick comebacks. Rocky’s charming demeanour and Pooja’s laughing grab attention. Fans were previously informed by the makers of the change from July to August for the release date. Reportedly, the VFX work needed to complete the movie caused the delay. The VFX work is critical because Ayushmann Khurrana plays Pooja and Karam in Dream Girl 2. The cast worked very hard to make him appear natural as Pooja.
Dream Girl 2 is The sequel to the hugely popular movie Dream Girl, released in 2019. The first instalment was a huge success at the box office. Along with Ayushmann, the film also stars Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Annu Kapoor, Manjot Singh, and Vijay Raaz. On August 25, it will be released.
