This week saw the eviction of Chandrika Dixit, also known as the viral Vada Pav girl, one of the show’s most controversial and talked-about contestants.
Chandrika Dixit was reportedly among the first five contestants to be locked in for Bigg Boss OTT 3. However, it appears that she lacked expectations regarding drama and content. This week, Chandrika Dixit, Vishal Pandey, Baharwala Lovekesh Kataria, and Shivani Kumari were put forward for elimination. Chandrika was shown the door of the controversial house because she had gotten fewer votes than the other participants. The other competitors reacted differently to Dixit’s news of her exit.
Anil Kapoor blasted Chandrika Dixit on the July 13, 2024, episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3 for trying to take the narrative in her favour throughout multiple clashes and make other contestants’ conflicts her own. The actor told Dixit that she intentionally brought up the subjects of Vishal Pandey, Armaan Malik, and Kritika Malik to put it from a new angle.
Anil Kapoor told the Vada Pav Girl that she barely had an identity of her own and had no control over house matters. Additionally, he informed her that she doesn’t maintain the relationships she has built in the house.
Aside from the elimination, Vishal Pandey’s parents’ appearance on the show made the episode emotional. They expressed their opinions on the current controversy and criticized Armaan Malik for hitting his son.
