The trailer for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, features lavish dance numbers, exotic locations and large-scale set pieces, making it a distinctively Bollywood production that blends the history and present of the film industry. Apart from the title, the film has no connection to the first Bade Miyan Chote Miyan movie. However, it does include elements of buddy comedy, with Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar playing the lead pair instead of Govinda and Amitabh Bachchan.
Akshay and Tiger star as elite soldiers in the action-packed blockbuster Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. They are tasked with stopping a vengeful, masked villain who plans to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to destroy India. Prithviraj Sukumaran, a well-known Malayalam actor, plays the antagonist. With the 2012 movie Aiyyaa, Prithviraj attempted to break into Bollywood earlier.
The villain presents himself as “pralay (apocalypse)” at the beginning of the trailer, which is more than three minutes long. He’s got long hair, wears an ornate mask, and carries a huge machine gun. The villain is seen robbing an Indian military group of weapons in the trailer. These two characters, portrayed by Akshay and Tiger, are our heroes, Bade Miyan and Chote Miyan.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was announced in February 2023. With support from Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films and directed by the renowned Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie is expected to be the biggest blockbuster 2024.
There will be Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada releases of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. This year, on April 10, the movie is supposed to hit theatres. Alaya F and Manushi Chhillar have key roles in the film as well.
