Actor Akshay Kumar is busy shooting for the next film of Aanand L Rai’s ‘Raksha Bandhan.’ He is currently in Delhi. The actor got nostalgic as he went for a morning run on the sets of the film. He was running through the streets of Chandni Chowk, his Birthplace, which brought back several happy memories. Akshay shared a video of himself running on the road and penned an emotional note.
On Monday morning, Akshay Kumar was seen shooting for his upcoming film Raksha Bandhan at Chandni Chowk of Delhi. He shared a clip of himself running on the street and got emotional on the set at his Birthplace. Sharing a view of the monitor, the actor said, “Today’s morning run on the sets of Raksha Bandhan brought back so many memories as it was in my Birthplace, Chandni Chowk. And how lovely it was to hear the chatter of the people around, never gets old.”
Directed by Aanand L. Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon. Raksha Bandhan is produced by Colour Yellow Productions, Zee Studios, Alka Hiranandani in association with Cape Of Good Films.
Akshay had announced the film Raksha Bandhan on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in 2020. He dedicated the film to his sister Alka Bhatia. The film also features Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay, and Bhumi worked together in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha in 2017.
