Ajay Devgn Unveils The Title Mystery About ‘The Great Indian Murder’

Ajay Devgn has shared the new video regarding the upcoming murder mystery show ‘The Great Indian Murder’. In the video, he unveiled how the show’s name came to be. The web series is based on Vikas Swarup’s novel ‘Six Suspects.’

The show’s co-producer Ajay Devgn shared the video on his Twitter handle. He captioned it, “Trailer dekh liya ab dekho #TheGreatIndianMurder ke title ki mystery. Turning the clock back to unveil how the show name came to be.”

In the video, we see the director Tigmanshu Dhulia, producer Ajay Devgn and one of the show leads, Pratik Gandhi, discussing the show’s title. Pratik first suggested to name the show after the book Six Suspects, but Ajay disagrees on the grounds of it being too obvious.

Then Tigmanshu suggested the title should be three words as it goes well with the audiences, like Kahani Kismat Ki, Pan Singh Tomar and Amar Akbar Anthony. Finally, they three settled on The Great Indian Murder.

Directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Ajay Devgn and Priti Vinay Sinha. The Great Indian Murder is starring Richa Chadha, Pratik Gandhi, Ashutosh Rana, Shashank Arora, Raghubir Yadav, Paoli Dam, Jatin Goswami, Sharib Hashmi and Amey Wagh.

The Great Indian Murder will begin streaming on February 4 in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Bengali.
