Ajay Devgn shared the trailer of the crime comedy film Velle on Thursday. The film stars Dharmendra’s grandson and Sunny Deol’s son, Karan Deol, in the lead role. It also features Abhay Deol, Mouni Roy, Anya Singh, Savant Singh Premi, and Visshesh Tiwari.
Ajay shared the film’s trailer on Twitter and captioned it, “Get your Vella squad together, 10th Dec 2021 #Velle releasing at a cinema near you Trailer Out Now.”
The trailer introduces the main characters, Rahul (Karan), and his two other friends Rambo and Raju. They enjoy carefree school life and are up for mischief at all times. Then Riya (Anya) joins them to form a gang, R4. Riya is the school principal’s daughter, and her father warned her to stay away from the boys.
They decide to teach the principal a lesson by kidnapping his daughter. Things get worst when she is abducted for real, and the boys are blamed for her going missing. The trailer also introduced Rishi, played by Abhay Deol, narrating the story to Roshni (Mouni) over dinner.
Directed by debutante Deven Munjal and produced by Ajay Devgn’s banner, Ajay Devgn FFilms. Reportedly, Velle is the Hindi adaptation of the 2019 Telugu movie Brochevarevarura.
The film will hit the theatres on December 10.
