Priyanka Chopra, a devout Indian-American turned international snoop, began the world tour of her upcoming mega series Citadel in Mumbai and spoke about the show’s intricacy and difficulties.
The Russo brothers serve as executive producers of David Weil’s original series Citadel on Prime Video, which stars Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas as Citadel agents Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh.
Talking to the media about the show, Priyanka Chopra said, “Citadel is a very complex show, so everything about it was challenging, physically the show was very challenging, but on the other side of it, when I watch the show, I got wow, I cannot believe we all did that.”
Adding about kicking off the global tour in India, Priyanka added, “I am excited to start the global tour for Citadel in Mumbai, which is my city, my hometown. We will soon be travelling the world campaigning the series, but I got the good luck from millions of people in my country, to begin with, and I will take that luck with me wherever I go, as always.”
Stanley Tucci, Lesley Manville, Osy Ikhile, Ashleigh Cummings, Roland Muller, and Caoilinn Springall are also featured in the series. The first two episodes of the six-episode first season are slated to air on April 28, 2023.
