Sungjae, Lee Jong Won, Jung Chaeyeon, and Yeonwoo from BTOB appeared in a group poster for MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama “Gold Spoon” in August 23. They were depicted feeling uneasy in the dark. The hit Naver webtoon of the same name served as the inspiration for “Gold Spoon.” It relates the tale of a poor youngster who, thanks to a magical golden spoon he unintentionally got, changes his fate to become a wealthy heir and becomes friends with a friend born into a wealthy family.
The teaser poster featured a golden crown dangling from the throne, and the words “Changing parents and becoming rich” caught viewers’ interest. The newly unveiled group poster’s magnificent beauty also pulled in viewers.
First, the centre-positioned Lee Seung Cheon (Sungjae) and Na Joo Hee (Jung Chaeyeon) draw attention. Na Joo Hee, gazing forward and setting the crown on her lap, and Lee Seung Cheon, who has a crown on his head and is lightly grinning, demonstrate the two people’s divergent attitudes toward the crown. As a result, we wonder if Lee Seung Cheon, who aspires to become a golden spoon, and Na Joo Hee, a chaebol family member who leads an average life, would be able to ascend to the throne they desire.
The lone person without a crown, Hwang Tae Yong (Lee Jong Won), is notable on the other hand. With the back of his hand resting on his chin and his feet resting on the chair, he assumes a calm face as if he were the throne’s original owner and appears uninterested in the crown. It’s also interesting to observe the two additional people that appear to be similar to Oh Yeo Jin (acted by Yeonwoo), who is sporting a stunning dark red outfit, is sitting on a chair, and is carrying a crown.
