The makers of the highly-anticipated film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui have released the first look of the film. Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor will be seen in lead roles. The poster had the film’s trailer release date, which happens to be November 8.
Taking to Twitter, T-Series shared the film’s motion poster on their official handle. The colorful motion poster features Ayushmann and Vaani sharing an intimate kiss with the upbeat Punjabi title song in the background. Sharing the poster, the label wrote, “This season, fasten your seatbelts for setting out on a mind-bending journey of love, laughter, dreams, and some diehard Aashiqui! #ChandigarhKareAashiqui, trailer out on November 8! Fall in love on December 10 in cinemas near you.”
Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui wrapped its shoot in late December last year. The film will mark the first-ever collaboration between Ayushmann and Vaani. In the movie, Ayushmann portrays the role of a cross-functional athlete, while Vaani will reportedly essay a transgender character.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series in collaboration with Pragya Kapoor’s Guy In the Sky Pictures.
On the Workfront, Ayushmann was last seen in “Gulabo Sitabo.” He is also working on “Anek” with his “Article 15” director Anubhav Sinha. While Vaani will be seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera.
